My journey with inversions has been a rollercoaster since early childhood. As a kid, I spent hours defying gravity, hanging upside down and seeing the world from a different perspective. But one wrong landing on a chair left me unable to walk for weeks, and I still feel the reminder in my foot today.
In my teens, an athletic injury led me to discover the healing powers of yoga. It allowed me to continue exercising while being kind to my body. I continued my yoga journey after moving to the US and even worked on a few campaigns with established athletic brands as a model. However, after giving birth, my physical well-being took a hit, bringing back old aches and injuries.
