Kundalini Yoga is a profound and transformative practice that combines dynamic physical movements, powerful breathwork, sacred mantras, and deep meditation techniques. It is a holistic approach to yoga that aims to awaken and activate the dormant spiritual energy, known as Kundalini, within each of us. By channeling this energy, we can unlock our inner potential, cultivate self-awareness, and experience a profound sense of well-being.
Through my personal journey with Kundalini Yoga, I discovered its incredible power to create positive shifts in both body and mind. In 2014, I attended Tej Khalsa's class in Los Angeles, and from that moment, I knew I had found something truly special. Driven by my deep calling to dive deeper into this modality, I took on a transformative 9-month training to become a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher in 2015. Since then, I have been sharing the wisdom and practices of Kundalini Yoga with both group and personal sessions.
