Kundalini Yoga is a profound and transformative practice that combines dynamic physical movements, powerful breathwork, sacred mantras, and deep meditation techniques. Through my personal journey with Kundalini Yoga, I discovered its incredible power to create positive shifts in both body and mind. In 2014, I attended Tej Khalsa's class in Los Angeles, and from that moment, I knew I had found something truly special. Driven by my deep calling to dive deeper into this modality, I took on a transformative 9-month training to become a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher in 2015. Since then, I have been sharing the wisdom and practices of Kundalini Yoga with both group and personal sessions.

In a personal Kundalini Yoga session, you can expect a tailored experience that caters to your unique needs and concerns. Through an individualized program designed specifically for you, we will address your goals and challenges, allowing you to experience the full benefits of this powerful practice. Your personal session will typically include:
Individualized Program (30 minutes): We will begin by understanding your needs and concerns. Together, we will create a personalized plan that integrates various Kundalini Yoga techniques to support your journey towards physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Kundalini Practice (60 minutes): Through a combination of pranayama breathing techniques, dynamic asanas (yoga postures), uplifting chants, and deep meditation, you will be guided through a transformative Kundalini Yoga session. This powerful practice will help you release energetic blockages, strengthen your nervous system, and enhance your overall vitality.
Per request:
I can put together an Individualized Meditation (40-90 days): should you desire to dive even deeper into a specific aspect of your personal growth, we can explore the creation of a personalized meditation practice. This meditation will be specifically targeted to address your request and can be practiced for a suggested duration of 40 to 90 days, offering you ongoing support and transformation.

In addition to personal sessions, I also offer group classes, both in person and via Zoom. These classes provide an opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded individuals and experience the collective energy and uplifting power of Kundalini Yoga.
